Air conditioning
Wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, ducted and floor-standing units. Single splits for a one-room problem, multi-splits running several indoor units from one outdoor, and VRF where a whole building needs heating and cooling at once.
Sized against the actual heat load — glazing, orientation, insulation and occupancy — rather than picked off a chart by room size.

Ventilation
Ducted supply and extract, heat recovery, kitchen and plant room ventilation. Rigid spiral where it needs to hold its shape and insulated flexible where it needs to turn.
Routed early, alongside the other first-fix trades, so ceiling voids stay workable and nothing has to be re-run once the plasterboard is up.

Refrigeration
Commercial cold rooms, cellar cooling and refrigerated display — installed, serviced and leak-checked in line with F-Gas requirements.
Equipment that runs continuously is equipment that fails eventually. Planned maintenance is the difference between a service visit and a lost stock claim.

How a job runs

Survey
A site visit to measure the rooms, check the fabric and the glazing, and find workable routes for pipework, condensate and power before anything is priced.

Design & quote
Equipment sized to the actual heat load, not the room count. A written quote listing the units, the indoor and outdoor positions and what is included.

Install
First fix alongside the other trades, then second fix once ceilings and joinery are closed up. Cores drilled, brackets set, condensate falls checked as we go.
04
Commission & certify
Systems pressure-tested, evacuated, charged and run on heating and cooling. Refrigerant logged and paperwork handed over.
05
Service
Planned maintenance to keep filters clean, drains clear and manufacturer warranties valid — with F-Gas leak checks where the charge size requires them.
