Residential & concealed
Heat recovery ventilation for airtight new builds, extract for bathrooms and utilities, and cooling or extract routed through joinery so the grille reads as part of the cabinetry.
On high-specification interiors the ventilation is judged on what you cannot see or hear. That means duct sized generously enough to run slowly, and terminals set out with the joiner rather than after them.

How a job runs
01
Survey
A site visit to measure the rooms, check ceiling void depths and structural openings, and find duct routes that clear the steel, the sprinkler main and the lighting.

Design & quote
Sized on air change rates and required air volumes in litres per second — not heat load — with duct sized generously enough to run slowly and hit the noise level the room needs.

First fix & set out
Ductwork routed and supported alongside the other trades, before the ceilings close. Terminal positions set out with the joiner and the plasterer rather than after them.

Commission & balance
Every terminal measured and regulated to its design air volume, the system balanced across the whole installation, and the figures recorded so they exist when someone asks.
05
Service & filters
Planned maintenance to change filters, clean heat exchangers and grilles, and re-check air volumes — the point at which a neglected system quietly stops performing.
